1. The service
is a listings platform connecting shippers and carriers. We are not a carrier, forwarder or party to any transaction — contracts are concluded directly between users.
2. Accounts
Registration is for legal entities and business sole traders. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the security of your account. Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
3. Listings
Listings must reflect reality. Posting misleading information, non-existent cargo or transport, and scraping competitor data are prohibited. The administrator may remove violating listings and block accounts.
4. Paid services
The platform is free for shippers. The Carrier Monthly subscription is billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled anytime — the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are on the Pricing page.
5. Verified badge
The Verified carrier badge means an administrator reviewed the submitted documents. It is not a guarantee of service quality — responsibility for transactions lies with their parties.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is. We are not liable for the accuracy of user-provided information, performance of transactions, or losses arising from relationships between users.
7. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
