1. Data controller
The data controller of the platform is the platform operator (contact details on the Contact page). We process data under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).
2. What data we collect
Account data: email, password hash, company name, registration code, VAT code, country, city, phone, contact person. Listing data: routes, cargo, prices, contacts. Verification documents: registration, insurance and licence files (stored with restricted access). Technical data: the login session cookie.
3. Why we process data
Contract performance — operating your account and listings; legitimate interest — platform security and fraud prevention; consent — marketing messages (only if you separately opt in).
4. Who we share data with
Payments are processed by Stripe (they receive your email and company name). Emails are delivered by our email provider. The database is hosted by a cloud provider in the EU/EEA or under standard contractual clauses. Shipper contacts are shown only to subscribed carriers; carrier contacts to registered users.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. After deletion, data is removed immediately, except records we must keep under accounting law.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify and erase your data (there is a Delete account button in settings), restrict processing, port your data and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We only use essential cookies: the login session and your language preference. No analytics or marketing cookies.
